From the color shade depicted on the website, I thought this lipstick would have a richer color. The emphasis should be on balm and it should be noted that it offers very little if any color to the lips. I am disappointed and will use it as a conditioning treatment under other lipsticks. I won’t purchase again, nor can I in good faith, recommend it.

I love the formula as I have both Sucette & Bètise. It’s so lightweight and can last all day. I would love a color that looks natural on deep lips (with brown/purple undertones). I think 2 deeper shades would make the line complete.

I am quite happy with the product itself, but I am quite disappointed with the amount of product in the tube. The outer tube looks like a normal lipstick, but the inner tube/housing of the lipstick is considerably narrower, and fully extended is ~1" only. Upon delivery, one can see 2.5g is what the label reads, .08oz. Pricey for this amount of product.

Hi Averill, Thank you for your feedback. The weight of this formula is lighter but the volume is comparable to your standard lipstick. We changed the formula to have a better color payoff and more hydration!

I love this color and plan to have it on me always. I appreciate the new style of the product, but for whatever reason, the cap will not stay on securely. I've had it a few months and thought perhaps I'd been careless, but whether in a drawer or in a bag, this cap does not stay on. Perhaps I got a defective one. I liked the old one that stayed on securely, but I like the shape of this new applicator. Help!

j'ai mis du temps à l'acheter sans pouvoir le tester en ammont. Le baume est parfait tant au niveau de la texture sur les lèvres que de la couleur qui est à la fois présente et douce comme je l'espérais. Mes lèvres au naturel en beaucoup mieux. L'odeur est aussi délicieuse

This lipstick is absolutely gorgeous but the cap will not stay on! It is constantly falling off in my purse and getting on everything. Please rethink the packaging, it really is an issue and such a bummer for such a beautiful product!

Never have I ever been as more excited to receive a lipstick in the post than I was this one. I had been eyeing up Bisou balm (in the shade Betise) for months. Finally, I bit the bullet and purchased it on payday. It was expensive in my opinion but it looked like the perfect red tone for me and promised to give a "just bitten" look to the lips. I honestly was so excited for this but upon receiving it today, I can honestly say that it was a waste of money. There is barely any colour pay-off even though the balm itself is a deep shade, it just looked invisible no matter how many layers I put on. It then turned to a brown colour which is absolutely not what I was after! Purchase at your own risk, but for £29 you can find something very similar and actually probably for much less than £29. I m gutted I didn't like this as I was so eagerly awaiting it's arrival. A real let down for me - sorry Violette Fr.
