"I like this liquid eyeshadow pretty much! The only thing i can think of that i didnt like is it can be a little patchy but if you apply a couple coats that fixes it! The color is a really vibrant purple, super pretty! I would be interested in trying the other colors they have to offer!"

Price too high

"The colour (tendre corail) is way more intense than I thought, almost orange. Additionally, it is quite difficult to remove close to the lashes at the end of the day, I ended up sleeping with some orange still in my lashes despite double and triple cleansing for a long time. The price is definitely too high, the actual performance of the eyeshadow doesn't justify it."

Absolute favorite makeup item

"I'm absolutely in love with the Yeux paint. At this point, I have in my collection six of the colors and use them almost every day. I find it is really easy to remove at the end of the day with an oil based cleanser, but also just with a basic Cetaphil or something. Its totally unique and that is absolutely the vibe I am going for. Why be like everyone else? I get many complements."

Incredibly easy

"I admit I watched Violette's tutorials, but this is the easiest eyeliner/shadow I have ever used for big impact. For everyday, I just use the very tip of the applicator to dot along my lashline and immediately use my fingertip to blend it up towards my browbone. Lovely! I have green eyes and the Marron Glacé is very flattering. Also, I am 57 and find the twinkling Yeux Paint to be my favorites."

Not for sensitive eyes.

"Historically, I am sensitive to most red or mauve shades of eyeshadow. They irritate my eyes. I wasn't expecting that with these, especially the bright blue one , but they irritate my eyes (I have the bright blue, the lavender, and the sparkly purple) . And the irritation lasts for days after I remove the eye shadow, too. So sad because I do love the colors."

A little goes a long way

"This is a great liquid eyeshadow. It stays put on my oily lids for a long time and is just the color I'd wanted. I would caution anyone new to Yeux Paint that you only need to use a little dab to get a whole eye's worth of coverage. I dot on a little with the applicator and then use a small concealer brush to blend it all over the lid. It stays liquid for a few minutes, so beware of smearing, but once it dries it's very dry and will stay put. Overall highly recommend!"
