Inspired by the velatura painting technique, the semi-opaque veil creates light through depth with a soft-focus effect. With Plume Blush, I drew inspiration from the velatura painting technique where thin veils of semi-opaque color create light through depth. I wanted the softness of a powder with the melt of a cream—buildable, blendable, mistake-proof, and ultra-diffused.”

Recommended use

For best results, apply with Le Kabuki or a round, dense brush by gently tapping into Plume Blush using a light stamping motion to pick up product. Sweep across the full cheek, then softly stamp additional color onto the apples, layering until you reach your desired intensity. Blend outward in small circular motions for a seamless, airbrushed flush. Can also be applied by tapping and blending with fingertips.

    Nice color pay off and finish

    "I really enjoy this blush! The packaging is original and almost futuristic. Doesn’t look like anything else on the market. I wish the compact did come with a mirror though. This formula is a dream to work with!!! It feels like a cream to powder formula and blends into the skin flawlessly. It’s blurred and looks airbrushed. It meshed with my other face products so well! I found it worked BEST with a makeup brush. When I used a beauty blender, it caused me to look muddy and I felt as though the sponge was removing majority of the product. The pigment is great with a medium buildable cover. This makes it great to be customizable. As a girl with tan deep skin I was curious how a deeper blush shade would look on me and was pleasantly surprised! It’s a brick red color that almost makes you look bronze and sun-kissed although it’s a blush! It looked beautiful on my skin and lasted a good 6 hours before I noticed it fading. Would recommend to those who love cream blushes but would love a powder finish."

    "This is the most interesting and beautiful purple blush on the market. The shade seems so intimidating but you can blend out this formula to get a beautiful wash of color on the apples of your cheeks.     Best for brown skin

    "I have never used a purple blush before and this is my first time trying it. So it actually looks the perfect pink on my brown skin. Its creamy and stays for long day. The pigment is amazing and i prefer using my fingers to apply it. Its such a beautiful shade of pink on me and now i want to try their shades. The packaging is luxurious and cute at the same time. Definitely a must have if you love cream blushes. Its so compact i can carry it with my anywhere i want so i will definitely get more shades of this."

    Very natural looking glow

    "Just got this blush in the shade Amber Rouge Fumé. I was worried it was going to be too dark on my pale skin tone, but the formula is actually very buildable! I'm obsessed with how the shade looks very natural on me, and I think this is going to be my new go-to blush. It blends out very nicely over foundation and also on bare skin and has a luminous finish. The texture is very buttery, which makes blending it out very easy. Not sure how I feel about the plastic packaging though, it seems a little flimsy. I received this product as a part of an educational promotion."

    Perfect summer shade

    "I received this blush in exchange for my honest opinion. This will be my summer go to shade . . it gives your skin a pretty nice touch like you’ve been on vacation in st barts somewhere ! It’s blurring and buildup which I love because I always go for a natural toasty look ! Perfect soft glam shade ! You can wear this by itself or with a little bronzer and lip gloss !     Obsessed with the texture!

    "The blush was so surprising to me because the color is not something I would normally gravitate towards. However, even on my fair skin tone this ended up looking gorgeous. During my makeup routine, I found that it layered with other products very easily, and didn't skip like some cream to powder blushes do. The color itself ended up, looking very whimsical and pretty because of the purple undertone, but I didn't find that it made me look sickly.     "Girls, if you love a natural, lit-from-within look, this blush is a real find!
