With Plume Blush, I drew inspiration from the velatura painting technique where thin veils of semi-opaque color create light through depth. Recommended use

For best results, apply with Le Kabuki or a round, dense brush by gently tapping into Plume Blush using a light stamping motion to pick up product. Sweep across the full cheek, then softly stamp additional color onto the apples, layering until you reach your desired intensity. Blend outward in small circular motions for a seamless, airbrushed flush. Can also be applied by tapping and blending with fingertips.

    "VIOLETTE_FR has really made this blush stand out to me.   Everything from the gorgeous blue and gold packaging right down to the delicious marshmallow smell that has me sniffing this product constantly.   All that, and the blush actually performs amazingly too. The texture is almost like a soft cream-to-powder. The shade is flattering on my pale skin but easily buildable for darker skin tones. I found applying this product so easy; it blends out with little to no effort and doesn't disturb the makeup below. And finally, the blush actually lasts. I have an issue where I think a lot of blushes start off looking great but fade within the first few hours. Not this blush; it looks flawless for hours. So if you're on the fence about this one, go for it; you won't be disappointed."

    Gorgeous color and packaging

    "This is a beautiful soft, bouncy blush that melts into my skin. Even by applying with my fingertips, there’s no streaking—the edges feel blurred. Even though it’s matte, it feels hydrating because of the oils in the formula. Rose feels like a universal color. I have warm undertones and even though it’s labeled as a cool color, works well on me. Beyond the beautiful product, the packaging is also gorgeous. It feels like a piece of art. I have loved every product from this brand because it is always quality and feels luxurious."

    Lovely purple to pink blush

    "I absolutely love this blush in the color cool purple pink. In the packaging, its a deep purple, but when I apply, I becomes a nice light to medium pink. It looks lovely on my face and highlights my cheeks. It goes well with any makeup (eyeliner, eyeshadow, and lipstick) i wear. The texture is creamy. It is described as a melt. While it looks like a powder, when I swipe it on a brush or my fingertips, it melts and blends well into my skin. I use it directly on my cheeks, on my cheekbones, and also on the sides of my forehead for a pop. I love this for my everyday look."

    "VIOLETTE_FR has done it again! PLUME BLUSH in ROSE FUMÉ is absolutely gorgeous! The formula is super lightweight and packs a punch of color. It is easily blendable and I experienced zero splotchiness upon application. The pink color was a little intimidating at first for me, but once it was on I think it’s looks beautiful. It is easy to grab a lot of product on your brush with just a simple swipe, so I can foresee this being a blush I am able to have for a long time without fear of hitting pan too soon."

    The BEST blush I have ever used!!

    "This is my holy grail!! I LOVE this blush!! I have the Souvenir De Volubilis shade, and it genuinely is the shade I’ve been searching for for well over a decade. By FAR the most flattering blush I’ve ever experienced for my skin tone. My skin tone is basically “if Edward Cullen had cool/olive undertones”, so everything pulls orange on me. Every past attempt I’ve made to find a perfect neutral pink shade has ended in people complimenting my “orange eyeshadow” or “bronzer. ”Then I saw a girl with my exact skin and hair tone say “the scarier it is in the pan, the better it looks on the skin,” in reference to purple blushes. So I took the leap and I am SO THRILLED I did! Seriously, I didn’t know what I was missing out on because I had never seen my face with blush that actually looked pink… until now!!It’s very pigmented, but it’s SO blend-able and smooth. I found that as long as I used a soft touch, I was able to achieve a perfect blend relatively easily. I’ve found that it melts into my skin in a way that feels more like using a cream blush rather than a powder. It’s like it has all of the layering and precision practicality of a powder, with the natural finish of a cream. Cannot recommend highly enough!!"

    Nice matte blush!

    "This blush has a very interesting formula. It’s definitely a mix of both cream and powder. The texture is soft, like a velvet feel to it, like a melted cream with powder. A little goes a long way but not in an overwhelming way. It’s dry cream but melts on your skin into a beautiful soft, blurred matte finish. I was surprised really with how blurring it was since it blurred my pores. It gives you that nice pigment but it blends so well too. I usually get cool-toned blushes but surprisingly I like how this one gives me that natural flushed look. It’s lightweight like I’m not wearing anything at all. The packaging is so cute as well. Definitely going to add this to my routine!"

It’s basically mistakes proof because it’s a buildable blush that starts out a sheer wash of color and can be layered to your desired look.     Perfect wearable red blush

    "I had never tried a red blush before this one so I was a little nervous my first time applying it, but the buildable formula made it easy to work with. This was also my first time using a cream-to-powder blush and it applied so beautifully that this might my new favorite. I did my full complexion routine with foundation, concealer, and powder and then put the blush on top. The warm red-brown shade blended out effortlessly and looked great with my summer tan. I think this shade would work for a wide range of skin tones."

    Love this formula

    "I received the shade Souvenir de Volubilis – a cool purple-pink. I was afraid I wouldn't like this color because it was my first time trying something like this. But I am amazed at how cool this looks on my skin! The formula is pigmented and buildable – you can apply a little for a soft flush or layer for more intensity. It melts into a beautiful blurred matte finish that looks natural and airbrushed. I love this! Now I am a fan of Violette_FR brand because I also love their lipstick. Highly recommend!"

    Beautiful formula

    "The formula is super easy to work with and build. Now days blushes are straight up pigmented and are not very forgiving if you apply too much or are a beginner. This one is buildable is so easy to blend. I use a brush but I feeel like you could easily use your fingers to blend to your desired look. also the shades are absolutely GORGEOUS! If I could buy them all I would! For the price point I think this blush is absolutely worth every penny. It’ll take you a while to see pan and little goes a long way. I highly recommend this blush or brand if you’ve ever been curious about it you should try it!"
