Is Balm Amour suitable for all skin types?
Yes—Balm Amour is made for everyone. Whether your lips are normal, dry, sensitive, chapped or anywhere in between, the formula is designed to nourish, comfort, and support the lip barrier without irritation. It’s dermatologically tested and safe for all skin types. We suggest checking with your doctor if you have any concerns.
Is Balm Amour fragrance-free?
Balm Amour contains a very low percentage of fragrance—just enough to elevate the experience, but still gentle enough for sensitive skin. It was carefully tested to ensure it’s non-irritating and safe for daily use, even on delicate lips.
Do I need to clean the ceramic applicator?
We recommend gently wiping the ceramic tip with a tissue or soft cloth every so often to keep it fresh—especially if you’re layering it over lip color.
Why isn’t my Balm Amour filled all the way?
Great question. Each tube is filled by weight, not volume. A small amount of air is intentionally left to prevent overflow. Rest assured, you're getting the full amount listed on the packaging.
When do I use Boum-Boum Milk in my skincare routine?
We suggest using Boum-Boum Milk before creamier products and SPF. A good rule of thumb in skincare is to apply the most fluid products before the creamier ones with a thicker consistency, except SPF which is always the last skin care step regardless of consistency. (Then makeup comes next.)
What skin type is this made for?
Boum-Boum Milk is made for all skin types, including sensitive and acne-prone skin. We suggest checking with your doctor if you have any concerns. Please see clinical trials above for more information.
Is it normal for my Boum-Boum Milk to separate?
It is natural for the formula to separate as it is made from 98% naturally derived and fermented ingredients. You may find that it separates more in the winter due to the cold weather. We suggest shaking your Boum-Boum Milk before using.
