Why isn't my Lip Nectar filled all the way?

Each tube is filled by weight, not volume. A small amount of air is intentionally left to accommodate the applicator and prevent overflow when you insert the wand back into the tube. Rest assured, you're getting the full amount listed on the packaging.

"I love the gorgeous color and how long lasting it is. I like to apply, wipe off a little, and add bisou balm over it for a more subtle look. I deducting one start because I don't like how much product comes out on the applicator and the the way it was designed, it's not easy to scrape it back into the tube."

Does NOT stain lips(i prepped my lips and made sure no oils or anything), doesn’t leave any color literally after 5-10 mins. "I had read an article in the paper where they recommended this lip nectar, and in particular the Rose de Moab colour, so I ordered it. It is easy to apply, does give your lips a nice subtle colour and gloss, without being sticky. Can’t say exactly how long it lasts, as I haven’t really given it that much attention, but I would happily buy another one, maybe trying a more pinky colour next time."
