    Why isn't my Lip Nectar filled all the way?

    Each tube is filled by weight, not volume. A small amount of air is intentionally left to accommodate the applicator and prevent overflow when you insert the wand back into the tube. Rest assured, you're getting the full amount listed on the packaging.

    Is Balm Amour suitable for all skin types?

    Yes—Balm Amour is made for everyone. Whether your lips are normal, dry, sensitive, chapped or anywhere in between, the formula is designed to nourish, comfort, and support the lip barrier without irritation.
