"I ordered the Lune Liner in Cuivre 29, but unfortunately the package arrived empty. I contacted VIOLETTE_FR, and their customer service team immediately sent me a replacement free of charge, without any hassle or lengthy investigation. The replacement has now arrived — and the eyeliner itself is absolutely stunning! It is honestly incomparable to the gold eyeliners I tried at Sephora. The colour is incredibly bright, rich and multidimensional: depending on the angle, it shifts from a yellow-green gold to a beautiful rose gold. I am genuinely blown away by it. The formula is wonderful as well. It stays vivid instead of sinking into the skin or losing intensity, wears extremely well, and yet comes off easily when I remove my makeup. The fine brush is very comfortable and precise: I can create both a delicate eyeliner and more intricate drawings, while the line remains exceptionally smooth, sharp and evenly pigmented throughout.
