Engineered with two distinct layers—a Vitamin E-infused pigmented core that allows for blurred color within the natural lip and an outer jelly layer rich with emollients—this unique formula results in juicy, just-been-kissed lips, building on Bisou Balm’s signature French “bouche mordue” (just-bitten lips) look with a volume-enhancing sheen.

    Confiture de Figue: A rich berry-brown, inspired by homemade fig jam.

    Bonbon à la Rose: An easy-to-wear, soft nude pink inspired by traditional French rose pastilles.

    Pomme d’Amour: A bright candy apple red reminiscent of the glossy candied apples that fascinated Violette as a child.

    Recommended use

    Prior to first use, prime the bullet on a paper towel or your hand to release pigment. The unique jelly outer layer first hydrates your lips, creating a smooth base that allows the color core to reveal its full intensity. To achieve a just-bitten lip with natural shine, swipe Bisou Jelly flat onto bare lips, applying the jelly layer just above the natural lip line. Layer multiple coats for buildable color payoff.       "J'adore! I'm in love with the absolutely everything about this combination lipstick/gel. The texture is divine. It goes on so silky smooth and feels wonderful on my lips.       "This color and luminosity is so beautiful I would wear it everyday. The one issue is the formulas I seem to tolerate best for daily wear are Lip Nectar and Balm Amour, and this only comes in Bisou Jelly, which (along with Bisou Balm and Plume Lip, unfortunately) creates some mild irritation for me if I don't stagger my application days or go hard with Balm Amour between applications. I don't know what my deal is, but maybe consider introducing this color in one of those formulas?"

      Pretty color that doesn't last

      "I was so excited to receive this product. The advertisements show deep, rich color that is also supposed to be moisturizing. The color itself is pretty, but much more subtle than the ads make it seem. I have to do several swipes on my lips to see the color and then it is NOT long-lasting at all. I also thought it would be a bit more moisturizing than it is. I would probably not purchase again."
