    Is Balm Amour suitable for all skin types?

    Yes—Balm Amour is made for everyone. Whether your lips are normal, dry, sensitive, chapped or anywhere in between, the formula is designed to nourish, comfort, and support the lip barrier without irritation. It’s dermatologically tested and safe for all skin types. We suggest checking with your doctor if you have any concerns.

    Is Balm Amour fragrance-free?

    Balm Amour contains a very low percentage of fragrance—just enough to elevate the experience, but still gentle enough for sensitive skin. It was carefully tested to ensure it’s non-irritating and safe for daily use, even on delicate lips.

    Do I need to clean the ceramic applicator?

    We recommend gently wiping the ceramic tip with a tissue or soft cloth every so often to keep it fresh—especially if you’re layering it over lip color.

    My Boum-Boum Milk has a scent to it—is that added?

    It is natural for Boum-Boum Milk to have a smell as it is made from 98% naturally derived and fermented ingredients. Each bottle can smell slightly different because of the fermentation process.

    What skin type is this made for?
