I'm in LOVE

"J'adore! I'm in love with the absolutely everything about this combination lipstick/gel. The texture is divine. It goes on so silky smooth and feels wonderful on my lips. The color, confiture de figue is so unbelievably pretty. It compliments my lips so beautifully and depending on if I just do one swipe for daytime or a couple swipes to kick it up a notch for evening, it gives it an entirely different look. This may have been my first lip product by your company but it will definitely not be my last!"

Déception totale 🥺

"J’ai acheté 2 articles … Le baume , je ne le trouve pas hydratant même en en mettant une tartine .. Et le chocolat mat a une texture qui fait des traces sur les lèvres :( Je rêvais de vos produits en voyant les pubs , avec des lèvres mises en valeur , pour moi fiasco total , j’ai gardé le baume figue et l’autre je l’ai donné . La trousse marron en revanche très belle , merci pour ça"

This color and luminosity is

"This color and luminosity is so beautiful I would wear it everyday. The one issue is the formulas I seem to tolerate best for daily wear are Lip Nectar and Balm Amour, and this only comes in Bisou Jelly, which (along with Bisou Balm and Plume Lip, unfortunately) creates some mild irritation for me if I don't stagger my application days or go hard with Balm Amour between applications. I don't know what my deal is, but maybe consider introducing this color in one of those formulas?"

I unfortunately didn’t love this

"I unfortunately didn’t love this product. The color and feel of it were nice, but the outer jelly ring was too thick and prevented the actually color from getting on my lips past the very inner part. I had to risk getting the clear balm all over the outside of my lips just for the color to spread evenly."

Pretty color that doesn't last

"I was so excited to receive this product. The advertisements show deep, rich color that is also supposed to be moisturizing. The color itself is pretty, but much more subtle than the ads make it seem. I have to do several swipes on my lips to see the color and then it is NOT long-lasting at all. I also thought it would be a bit more moisturizing than it is. I would probably not purchase again."

"My I contact customer service about the figure lip balm? So Beautiful but it is So Dry that I can only imagine it was an older one. I can't get pigment, or product to deposit. May I please exchange it? I Love All of your products!!! I was very excited about this particular one but it feels old and sticky where as the chocolate is Perfect!"

"Confiture de Figue stains the lips beautifully and elegantly, with a color that is both subtle and powerful.
