    Should I prep my lips before using Bisou Balm?

    Bisou Balm is a matte formula. We suggest priming your lips before usage with a traditional lip balm and letting the moisture sink in for a few minutes before applying Bisou Balm.

    Is the color meant to be subtle?

    Bisou Balm is a sheer, lightly-tinted formula that can be layered multiple times to achieve the depth of color that you are looking for.

    Is Balm Amour fragrance-free?

    Balm Amour contains a very low percentage of fragrance—just enough to elevate the experience, but still gentle enough for sensitive skin. It was carefully tested to ensure it’s non-irritating and safe for daily use, even on delicate lips.

    Do I need to clean the ceramic applicator?

    We recommend gently wiping the ceramic tip with a tissue or soft cloth every so often to keep it fresh—especially if you’re layering it over lip color.

    Why isn’t my Balm Amour filled all the way?

    Great question. Each tube is filled by weight, not volume. A small amount of air is intentionally left to prevent overflow. Rest assured, you're getting the full amount listed on the packaging.
