Balm Amour contains a very low percentage of fragrance—just enough to elevate the experience, but still gentle enough for sensitive skin. It was carefully tested to ensure it’s non-irritating and safe for daily use, even on delicate lips.
We recommend gently wiping the ceramic tip with a tissue or soft cloth every so often to keep it fresh—especially if you’re layering it over lip color.

And to be honest, I think the claim that there’s no other technical solution seems to be just an excuse…. You really need to change this. Customers feel scammed. make the packaging smaller and waste less plastic."

Don’t seem to be 10ml to me… as you can see in the picture the „overflow protection“ is a more than generous, But to check the real quantity, I would have to destroy the product, but Im not willing to due to the high price, Please check that your filling line is working properly. Alternatively, you could simply make the packaging smaller; that would save on plastic and don’t leave a scammy taste. ."
"long review — i wanted to love this product and it’s a great product but not a great experience. i ordered this lip balm because it was all over my tiktok and decided to order from the website. i ordered it and when it arrived it was as if someone had used half of the lip balm. i reached out to customer service and said hey, i got my order but it looks to be half full. they responded and said that they don’t measure the amount by the tube but by weight. i took a picture (the first picture) and sent it and said that i understood that its by weight but half the product out of the tube seemed excessive. they apologized and sent me a new one. well i got it in the mail today and the same issue (picture 2) i understand weight and it would have been less noticeable had it not been in a clear blue tube or they could just change the packaging all together so it doesn’t look like it’s halfway gone."
