    Is Balm Amour fragrance-free?

    Balm Amour contains a very low percentage of fragrance—just enough to elevate the experience, but still gentle enough for sensitive skin. It was carefully tested to ensure it’s non-irritating and safe for daily use, even on delicate lips.

    Do I need to clean the ceramic applicator?

    We recommend gently wiping the ceramic tip with a tissue or soft cloth every so often to keep it fresh—especially if you’re layering it over lip color.

    Why isn’t my Balm Amour filled all the way?

    Great question. Each tube is filled by weight, not volume. A small amount of air is intentionally left to prevent overflow. Rest assured, you're getting the full amount listed on the packaging.

    Contour with Color: Outline the volume of your lips with Dahlia Noir and brighten the center with Rose de Moab. Fair skin? Outline with Rose de Moab, and swipe Bêtise in the center.

    Go Deep: For a bolder stain, layer slowly—blot between coats and reapply to build intensity.
